How many times can Gun Clubs be reloaded?
What to look for to decide to keep or throw??
Thanks

I don't like to shoot trap with total newbies usually, but when a new shooter comes in and rents a gun and buy shells, amd if he asks the counter dude whats the best, and buys the AAs I often follow to that field and shoot there. heh heh....bucktooth7 said:I like rich guys that let once fired GC's fall where they may!
I just bought about an 8 month supply of lead shot along with powder, primers and wads and I can guarantee you that there is still plenty to be saved by reloading. Even the cheap promo shells have gone up in price faster than the price of components has. Nobody can keep Gun Clubs on the shelf at $6.00/box so don't expect the super $4/box sales anytime soon. With my current stock of supplies and free hulls, I'm still at just under $4.10/box for my reloads.mtgrs737 said:I don't know if their rich or just don't enjoy reloading like we do. With the cost of shot so high not much is saved by reloading these days.
So true, because of the small cost savings of reloading these days, many of the guys in my club don't bother reloading at all anymore, therefore the few of us that still reload around here have more once fired hulls than we need.Shoot2reload said:If they weren't so plentiful it'd be a different story.
heh, - I used to think that a "reloaded" hull was a happy hull, but come to think of it, you're right.Redcobra said:"A warm hull is a happy hull."
