IMHO anyone who sells the parts to modify a machine and circumvent a manufactures safety system is leaving himself wide open to a law suit if something happens.
My parts and kit doesn't "circumvent" manufacturers safety system, - the buttons are still there and still function as designed. My system simply affords you an additional way to activate the system (if you so choose), - no different then what PW offers:

If you can't run a MEC progressive with a foot pedal, without injuring yourself, perhaps reloading isn't for you.

Please let me know when you have this foot peddle option perfected,
I received and inspected a new batch of all-USA made pedals today, and they definitely meet my standards, and so I'll be making up 10 more kits in the next few days, so I'll contact you.

The no-solder version 2 kit consists of this (plus a detailed instruction manual w/ photos):

And installed with its 3 easy connections looks like this:

I am definitely interested, let me know when you are ready.

Sure, - I'm just waiting on a spool of cable. I've made one last-minute mod to version 2: changing from 14/2 wire (which is a little too heavy to work with for this), and going to the same rubber jacketed "18/2" wire.

Disclaimer: The instruction manual refers to this kit as a "Test Set", - a temporary shop tool (thus the temporary electronic test clips) intended to be used only as means to test out the motor base in case the push button(s) are suspected of being bad. Some people may need to fully reassemble the machine and reload some shells with the Test Set installed to test their buttons. It's up to the user to remember to remove the Test Set once the buttons have been verified. ;)

This is known as CYA, R, you have been watching to many lawyer TV shows. LOL
But I still want one! Have you come up with a $$ figure yet?

Looks easy enough from the pictures but I have never looked at all the innards nor how those "test set" pins would stay in place once it was all buttoned back up.
A genuine Pamona® Micrograbber (or "flea clip" as it's called in the industry) is a spring-loaded (gold plated) "hook" that wraps around an electronic component leg without harming it or applying undue force on it. When you squeeze it, the hook opens up. When you release it, the spring pulls the hook around the component leg and holds it against the plastic body, and parks the tip of the hook so that it can't pop off.

As such, it's free to rotate 360 degrees around the component leg, so it's somewhat free floating and perfect for this application - the "MokeMate Test Set". There is plenty of room (height above the circuit board) "under the hood" in the electronics compartment of an AutoMate, so having the test clips standing straight up, or leaning over to any degree poses no issue whatsoever.

It just baffles me to no end that some of you preach safety when it comes to reloading, weight your powder once a box, do not substitute primers, etc. but think nothing of bypassing a safety system on a machine for the sake of a few more shells per hour.
The foot pedal mod for an Automate is probably the best thing you can do to enhance your loading experience in my view. As far as bypassing a safety system, it's no more unsafe than the 9000H, and the PW autodrive. Besides, my kits come with a warning sticker, ;)
thats great !

Warning Sticker???

I will put good odds that at some point there will be stickers on toilets saying "Danger, drowning hazard".

There is no cure for stupidity, that a sticker will solve Moke!!

Hey Moke, the kit looks decent.

Only 2 questions.

Do the connections stay good or do you need to move them now and again?

Have you ever made the connections permanent?
