I checked with my buddy on how he got the free firing pins. His gunsmith got them from Stevens to fix his broken gun.I tried and they told me they (Savage) do not send any internal parts but to a dealer. Mine is starting to pierce Cheddites.
I don't believe that's true. I think that's just their policy. I've bought parts from other importers direct.Thanks for the info @noweil , customer service said it was illegal to sell direct and wouldn't even give me a price.![]()
