Howdy folks, how would you go about selling a K-80 Parcours X? I haven't hit the 25 posts needed to sell here yet so until I hit that milestone am I stuck with Gunbroker or Guns International?

Howdy folks, how would you go about selling a K-80 Parcours X? I haven't hit the 25 posts needed to sell here yet so until I hit that milestone am I stuck with Gunbroker or Guns International?
Consign the gun to a well-known gunshop.

Local gun show is another option but unlikely you will sell a K80 unless you get very lucky, some gun clubs have a bulletin board and will let you post guns for sale. Most members here seem to think Guns International is a better option than GB if you go that way or just wait until your post count is up.

I very seldom sell a gun when I did the commission was very high. You will not find a bigger market than GI and GB, and I'm pretty sure they are the cheapest. Unless you are selling below market it may take some time before someone looking for a gun like yours sees your ad and wants to buy. Consignment sellers seem to want to clear your gun out of inventory and therefore recommend you accept a low-ball offer. I'd go with GI or GB.

Sold a lot of guns on Gunbroker until their fees got ridiculous. Since then I have had very good luck with GI. I recently sold a nice Kolar through their site, which avoids the 15% + commission you lose if someone else sells it for you. GI only charged $18 a month for the listing the last time I used them, and nice guns that are reasonably priced tend to sell pretty fast on that site.

If this were a car forum you could bring up oil changes or an ar15 forum you could ask direct impingement or piston.
