PM the guy and ask if he can send you the data sheets from Precision.

I was at Ballistic Products yesterday and they do indeed have a whole bunch of 1lbers of 20/28. It’s selling like hotcakes - $49.99 each, plus hazmat, tax and shipping. That makes it around $480 for 8 pounds delivered. They still have some in stock so go nuts. I don’t shoot tons of small bore so have several years worth of powder. Maybe everything will be back to normal by then.😂🤣

Don't count on it ! They way of the times is astonishing , I agree , with what we have
will last a few years but , at this rate , who knows ?

Even using more W572 or Longshot. With 20/28 and Green Dot cost. One of the Hodgdon powders. Will probably be cheaper to use.
Personally I would not even consider titegroup/high gun. To load 20 gauge. Especially being there's powder available. With safe data. From the manufacturer/distributor.

Well the OP of that thread said he’d shot some skeet with it and reported a clean burn. What more you looking for?

Don’t know if he would share the data sheet via pm, but I do understand why he doesn’t want to post it. No reason to believe he would post data that wasn’t true and accurate.

I am looking for several shooters who used the load, found it safe and productive. He posted the load and the results of a test, but just writing it does not prove it was done.

I wouldn't think the OP made up the data out of thin air. I've been shooting the Red Dot 3/4 load at skeet for the past couple years that was posted in the 3/4 thread. I've chrono'd and patterned it, works great. Tightgroup is slower than Red dot so I see no reason it wouldn't work. But if you don't feel safe stick with factory published loads.

This is an internet chat site. While there is a wealth of information here, just because someone writes it, it does not mean that it is true or safe. I know of some individuals who post as if they are experts, and from personal experience with them, I can assure you they are not. I plan on trying the load. I will back off 10% and chronograph it. Then work up. I have been shooting 3/4oz loads with Greendot. I have several registered 100s and 99s with the load and am back at AA. When I run out of Greendot I want a load that works as well. If it works as well, it will be welcomed, as the powder is readily available. I would never risk an expensive shotgun, let alone my fingers or eyesight, on a load that was just a post on the internet.
