my 502 1 oz bar is only dropping 0.910 oz takes about 15 b.b.s to make 1oz
Most shot today is "hardened", to do that they add antimony to the shot. Doing that causes each pellet to be slightly lighter in weight. Most of us dont care about the weight because in theory there is the correct number of pellets in each load.

I am more concerned about whether my reloads break targets and kill birds rather than the precise amount of shot a particular bar delivers. We all know different sizes and composition of shot will deliver different weights with a given bar, but if the load does what I want it to do, I don't sweat slight differences in weight of shot.
