Hoping for a fall turkey hunt. I will hunt with a SXS 16 ga with fixed chokes--IC and M. The chamber is the standard 2 3/4 inches. Any suggestions for best load for turkeys? (I assume too that I should shoot first with the M barrel or does it matter? https://omegle.onl/ )

For fall turkey hunting with your 16 gauge SxS and fixed IC and Modified chokes, your best bet is to use a heavier turkey-specific load something like 1 1/8 oz or 1 1/4 oz of No. 5 or No. 6 shot, ideally copper-plated or buffered if you can find it. Federal, Remington, and Winchester still offer solid lead options in 2 3/4" for 16 ga, though they can be a bit seasonal or harder to find. If you're prioritizing tighter patterns, start with the Modified barrel since it will give you better reach and pellet density, especially if you're shooting 30+ yards. Just pattern both barrels before the hunt and see what gives you the best consistency.
