What does that matter? I know one of the best shoot managers in the country, and she isn't even an NSSA member! Who cares, awesome at her job!
She is a good shoot administrator, or what used to be called a cashier. That position is not the correct place for the policy decisions that will inevitably be required for a first-time shoot like this. Those decisions should be made by the officers.....and they will be scattered across the Commonwealth.

First of all, I think you made an assumption about whom I was referring to. The lady I was referring to is probably not the lady you are referring to, ....and both of them are fantastic at running shoots!

That said, either one would have no problem allowing shoot management to make policy decisions, and then run the shoot accordingly! They are both talented at that!

I have heard the words "Think Rule" used many times. Mostly by consulting firm "training" corporate representatives ways to increase profits. ie. "If your corporation follows our program "we think" profits will increase 25%. When a question is asked "What is the basis of your reasoning". The consultant responds "Here is a 200 page report showing how corporations have been successful when using our program. I will be glad to show you the report." Of course, most of the data in the report is BS.

i was shooting with a parent of a 7th grader. After finishing our shooting. Someone brought up the subject of today's educational system. The parent told me how school boards use the think rule in an attempt to get parents agree to some type of controversial curriculum. "If you allow this curriculum, "we think", little Johnny will grow into a brighter more successful adult"

Corporate speak of the think rule:
The think rule is intended to have a regulatory influence on an interventionist’s thinking and interaction strategies with others.

Unfortunately, it looks like shoot enrollment is down about 100 shooters from last year. While I won't be able to attend this year, I wish them the utmost success with the hand they've been dealt! Good Luck shooters!

Shenecoy could have handled that.
Well, I am happy to say, it looks like I spoke too soon!!

Must have been a good bit of late registration, because the Doubles event exceeded last year in number of entrants, and the 12 ga is right on its heels!

Good luck to all the shooters in the inaugural PA State Championship iShoot!!

....and without the left bank of fields, Shenecoy could NOT have handled it......
