That position is not the correct place for the policy decisions that will inevitably be required for a first-time shoot like this. Those decisions should be made by the officers.....and they will be scattered across the Commonwealth.What does that matter? I know one of the best shoot managers in the country, and she isn't even an NSSA member! Who cares, awesome at her job!
What is that link providing related to this thread? I don't see the PA State shoot or a Program for PA State shoot listed? But perhaps I missed it...??
