What strikes me about all the chatter about 1 oz. loads at 1165-1200 fps is that this is really a standard 16ga field load.
On the chat rooms as well as Shotgun Sports mag and others, this load is being bally hooed as the greatest thing since sliced bread.
It seems like the oldtimers who shot 16ga may have known more than we gave them credit.
Just an observation.
