11-87 replacement

I heard that the 11-87 might be replaced soon. Has anyone else heard anything?

Hi Mossberg Man-
Real new to this stuff-replaced with what? a new 11-87, or a different line entirely. Was considering the 11-87 upland special for the future, but do not want to buy a model that will be discontinued soon. Any other info ? Thanks!
