Man, where have I been?

A guy at the club had one for sale so he let me shoot it. If felt pretty nice and fit me just right, so I bought it.

Now after 15 rounds of skeet with it, I cannot believe how sweet this gun is!

Very soft recoil, no play in the trigger.............after 5 days of ownership and shooting several straights and many 24s and 23s, I am thinking about selling my Beretta White Onyx and buying another 11 87 or 1100.

Anyone else been through this?

Although some people "move up" to more expensive foreign guns, target grade Remingtons just keep going strong.

I bought a new 1100 Sporting 12 in 2003. Great handling, high quality, and dead reliable. Although I own other guns, that Sporting 12 has been my "go-to" gun. Based upon my satisfaction with that 1100, I bought a new 1100 Classic Trap this past summer. Two 1100s: one low comb, one high comb. Can't beat that...

I have that same 1187. The nickel receiver and wood is awsome. I let two more get away from me. I just put a LC countour 30" bbl on it for sporting and wow! The 28" bbl is a skeeter's dream.
