Mine with adjustable comb was almost right at 8.5. By the time I put a CG adjustable butt plate on it and extended the LOP to where I could actually shoot it (about 1-1/8" more than stock), it was a little over 9. Very front heavy before the adj. plate. Balanced much better after. I also had to put posts for the comb in that were 1" longer than stock to get the comb up to where I could shoot it. That's one LOW, SHORT stock. I loved that gun.
