Hi guys

I'm a new person to these forums.

My grandfather has a 24 gauge shotgun.

he told me it was a 24 gauge harrington and richardson gun made in 1900 i believe.

i myself am not a big shotgun person who knows lots so i was wondering if anyone has heard of this gun and would possible know where abouts i can found information and possible a price range for?

Thanks for you co-operation

That would probably be a Model 5 Lightweight. They were made from 1908 to 1942. Iver Johnson and others also made 24 bore shotguns. The are uncommon, but not rare, more common in European makes.. Bushrod

Neat gun, love to have one myself. As far as value, these old singlshots aren't drawing big dollars mostly in the $100 range but I'd bet with the obscurity of this it'd go around $200 + just on novelty. That is unless it's pretty beat up and the finish is gone from the barrel.
