28 ga. SxS

I have been shooting a 28 ga. O/U and am impressed with this little shell. I don't know why, but I have been bitten by the nostalga bug lately. I would like to purchase a 28 ga. SxS for the heck of it.

You guys have always given me great advice in the past, so let's keep it going. The fun budget has about 3k presently. Any suggestions?

The Turkish Huglu's imported by CZ are getting a good reputation, and you have the CZ name and facilities to stand behind your purchase. I like my CZ/Huglu Bobwhite in 28 gauge; double triggers, extractors only. The only thing I would change is that it has interchangeabke chokes, and being a simple sort I would prefer fixed IC/MOD. There are other versions that have ejectors and single triggers, if you prefer them.

Sorry for the delay; for $700.00, the gun performs well for me on clays thrown by a friends voice-activated machine. As far as weight, the November 2005 "Shooting Times" has an article on this gun, theirs weighed 5 lbs 3 oz, and I'd say mine is in that ballpark.
