How much after the part about if the barrel is under 18 inches ,has a pistol grip ,and is not registered with the BATF you can get free room and board do you want to know?

If you do have the tax stamp for it I'll need a few more details to determine if it's a H&R Handy Gun

Also bear in mind tha 410 is about the same as caliber as a 7.62 bullet, so it could be made for bullets rather than shells, unless it says 410 and is not rifled.

Yes it is.
The browning HB 30 machine gun, for example, fires 7.62 bullets.

What does what a machine gun fires have to do with .410 shells? I looked at my 7.62x 39's my 7.62x51's (7.62 nato or .308 Winchester) , some other .30 cal shells and didn't once confuse their bore with a .410 bore... I think someone has spent too much time diving and has dementia :D
