Two days, seven guys, four dogs, two boats, 10 cases of beer, 1-1/2 of shells are all it took to get our limits of chukar. We hunted the breaks of the snake river in west Idaho.
Bird numbers seemed to be up. We killed some birds that were smaller than normal, we think there was a second hatch this year.
Had a great time with many stories(lies) told around the campfire. We plan on at least two more trips before the season is over.
