I bought a 935 about 6 months ago, today I was cleaning the barrel and noticed when looking through the barrel from the stock end there is a slight ridge going circular around the barrel about 2/3 of the way up the barrel. I have never seen this in any of my other shotguns. Is this something normal, or something to be concerned about?

Is this sort of a 'shadow-looking ring" going completely around the barrel?

If so, it is usually an indication that the gun has been fired with some sort of a barrel obstruction.
