Well I think a brand new Nova on the Benelli website goes for approx $340-360 for the black synthetic, and ~$100 more for a camo'd version so $440-460.
I guess it depends on the condition of the gun. Can you go try it out? Check that the action is working properly and look for sings of wear/rust.
Justify to yourself that $240 or whatever it's being asked for is worth it.
Nova's are pretty good from what I hear. I'd get one, but I can't justify paying $580 Canadian for a Nova when it should only retail $340 US. I'd probably wait till they get cheaper, which is unlikely, or find a used one.
Browning BPS on the other hand...
