when I load my almost brand new 310(double trigger) with two shells, on firing the bottom barrel it ejects ONLY the empty shell .
But on firing FIRST the top barrel, when I try to breech open the gun it ejects both the spent shell and the live one two.
On dry firing the gun (with no shells) the ejection mechanism seems to work fine.
I wonder what is the problem , and if I can solve it without taking it to a gunsmith.

Mine had this issue during dove season last year. Mine would not do it all the time though. I just kept cleaning and lubing the extractor system, cycling with snap caps alot and it works fine now. I use the extractors mainly though, I don't like leaving shells all over the place.
