AA ammo prices

Just stopped by my local Gander Mtn., and passing the ammo saw Win. AA target loads up to $8.99 a box!!! Just a month ago they were $6.99 a box. I am glad I have a few 25# bags of lead from the summer to reload with for the next year or two.
I remember three years ago when first began shooting shotguns, Win. AA loads were $4.50 a box when bought by the flat. Wow

Is this your only Hobby?
I'm sure he doesn't just shoot and only thinks about shooting. For instance I shoot one night a week and maybe the occasional 400 round tournament every other month. Yet I'm also spearfishing, hunting, fishing, hiking, biking, paintballing, drinking (that's a hobby to some) and so many other things including traveling and working lol.
I just bought the last 12 flats of AA 1oz. 71/2's and 8's at the local Dick's here in Atlanta for $5.98 + tax. They were $5.78 2 weeks ago and they had a lot more in stock then. :D
My local WalMart sold AA sporting shells for $5.67 a box for a year or so. Just went up to $7.67. That's crazy. Even their cheap shells went from $33 a case (8 boxes) to $47.

I've got other hobbies as well, such as woodworking, remodeling a old home that was built around 1860, playing music in a classic rock an roll band. But my main hobby is shooting skeet.
No, this is not my only hobby. I shoot 2-4 boxes a week April - October (I live in Wisconson. It gets cold and snowy here in the winter). In the winter I shoot handguns, a RRA 9mm AR and a .357 1894 at our local indoor range.

Shot the first round of winter 5-stand last night - in the snow. Winter skeet league (Thursday nights) starts on Jan 3rd. Sporting clays on the weekends.
