Anybody know who makes them? Tried Briley, Seminole,Rhino and carlson. Help me out.

I did a quick google search and could not find any extended chokes for the RRL 28 gauge. Browse around the net, you could find some.

Seminole says they will custom make choke tubes:

Briley might do it, too. I know they make flush choke tubes for the 28 ga, you might be able to get them to make extended chokes, too. Of course, I'm sure they'd charge a pretty penny for them. How bad do you want them?
