i was just wondering about an "older" 28 gauge that my unlce gave me. on the barrel it says "riverside arms". is there any where i can(website) to look for just some general info on it, like when it was made, price, etc? thnx

Riverside Arms was a trade name used by Stevens. You might try checking the auction sites for Stevens and see what model matches your gun.

These old single shots might bring $75 if in pretty good condition, most are in the $50 range.

kanada, if your gun is just basically and old junker, then marlands is correct on the price. but becuase of renewed popularity of the odd ball gauge shotguns, especially 28 *****, i would say $50 to $125. red man.

what i meant by junker was not something you throw in a junk pyle but just a pretty worn old single barrel. buy your description it is probably average for its age, so , because it is 28 gauge $75 to $100. red man.
