When the bolt is closed on a live round in the chamber of an AR-15, is anything holding the bolt closed other than the force of the big spring in the stock?

Thanks

The locking lugs have rotated to lock the bolt, but the spring pressure is holding it there. If the bolt is pulled/jarred to the rear the lugs will unlock and the bolt carrier will move to the rear.
If you hold the rifle vertically with the muzzle up and slam the butt downwards against the ground the carrier will move to the rear.
