Izh-43 was available in the ST-ejector (E-1C) configuration in 12 gauge with 20" barrels. I can't say for certain if whether this configuration was available with nickeled receiver, though, but seem to remember it was. Since 2014, new Russian guns have been banned from certain markets, including the US and Canada, as you probably know, so if you're on one of them, it's only used gun market for you. Have patience and something will turn up.
P.S. Are you absolutely sure you have to have single trigger version? Most of the issues with 43 seem to be with this part.
