Does anyone know the velocity difference between a 26" barrel and a 30" barrel shooting 2 3/4" heavy loads? If both barrels have the same choke will choke pattern be the same?

I'm sorry if I quote this wrong, but Stutz found that maximal velocity is obtained by 26" and anything longer only serves to steady the swing. The patterns should be the same.

I remember seeing that with modern, faster burning powders there was no significant increase in velocity beyond 21".
