You mentioned that you already have a 391 and it is "kind of awkward to shoot." How so?

The rib on my 391 sinks down below the receiver and I don't get a good site picture. On the Benelli the rib is raised. I can see down it better.

Thanks for the advice guys. I will consider this. I was on my way to purchase the M2 but I will hold off for a while and think about it some more.

Thanks for the tips. My brother in law gave me the shims that came with his 391 to try. Since I bought my Beretta used, I don't have any of the extras that came with. I'll try them this weekend and post back.

I took your advise and changed the shims in the 391 to a 50 DX for a right handed shooter and now it fits like a glove! Now I'm able to see over the receiver. Took it out on the trap range and shot a 22 right off the bat. (for me that's good) LOL :mrgreen: I'm so glad I didn't sell it. Thanks guys.
