I have one of both. There more knowledgeable Beretta folks on this forum but to me they seem to be the same with the Diamond Pigeon name added sometime in the late 1990s or early 2000s.

Is there a difference between the Beretta 687EELL Diamond Pigeon and the Beretta 687EELL? That is, does the designation "Diamond Pigeon" indicate anything different from the basic designation "687EELL"?
