Anyone have opinions on which gun I should get? They are priced similar, and I am pretty certain I will get one of the two. Your input is greatly appreciated. Thank you.

I really loved shooting my 1100 it just did not love me back when it was cold out.

I don't know enough about the Beretta to coment.

I liked the fit and swing of the 1100 and there was no reciol at all. you have to keep it clean but that is true of any gun.

It did jam when cold on me.

Anyone else have anything to add? Im guessing its going to come down to fit and feel of these two guns, unless someone thinks I should go in a paticular direction.

Hey Furner,
Did you browse through the Opininion Forum ? You could also use the search feature for these two shotguns. I know we've had several discussions on the AL-391.

If you are going to need an adjustable stock some 'smiths won't put the hardware into a 391 because the placement of the stock bolt does not leave much room for the hardware. I have one in my 391 and have had no problems with my adjustable stock.

I love my 391, it is easy to clean easay to shoot and I would recommend it.

i have an older 1100 trap. i love it. it fired with the lightest shells and never a hickup
