I have been to South American several times and only used Browning o/u. I used the same one 85% of my shooting. Never a single problem, just clean the barrel and wipre it down and your ready for another 1,000+ rounds the next day.
Why would you even think about using an automatic? You are only asking for problems. Plus loading that many shells will make your thumb raw and sore.
A pump? I know I don't want to pump 1,000+ rounds a day.
Bereta is a fine o/u as well, I just prefer Browning.
