12 or 20 Gauge?
Browning Citori Model
I have a 3 inch Browning Citori that was manufactured in 1978. The Model # on the gun is J53. I can not find that Model in any of Citori info. Does anyone know what Model J53 is? Thanks wcdocms

This post is from a few years back.This fellows Citori has a serial number that ends in J53 also and nobody back then could make any sense out of the numbers either.They do exist however.

It is 12 ga. I read the previous post concerning J53. This gun has 2 3/4 -3 inch on the barrrel. It is diffently J53 not 153. When you talked to the Browning Historian what did he say. The gun was manufactured in 1978. wcdocms
