Let me start by saying that I am a Browning fan. However, at our skeet range ther has been problems with broken firing pins in the Golds. One gentlemen just put his 6th firing pin in. It seems the heavier loads you shoot, such as in sporting clays, the more problems with breakage. Another shooter who has shot 10's of thousands through his with light skeet loads has has only 1 break and it was recentlyin our club shoot. Me, I'll stick to my O/U.
