I am very sorry, I missed the Sweet Sixteen. I was too busy focusing on the age, again, sorry.

the dob for the Sweet 16 with that serial is 1957, I blew it bad

Yeah it would, the values you refer to (thanks for taking the time to self-help) are supposed to be for 1936 -1976 units.
