Build me a 2 3/4" 20 ga. Shell for upland hunting.

Mainly hunt Chukar and Huns over pointing dogs with Benelli autoloaders. Mostly have used Federal Top Gun 20's with 7.5 shot (occasionally #6's). New to reloading (haven't even started yet) but I'm contemplating rolling my own shells that contain some umpph. Wish list:

Gauge - 20
Shell length - 2 3/4"
Shot size - 7
Shot amount - 1 oz
Powder - brand? amount?
Hull - manufacturer?

I've thought about re-using the Top Gun hulls but the online consensus is all over the board.

Anyway, thoughts? Where to begin?
Thanks in advance!
Top gun hulls are fine. Look for the Gualandi wads. They have a rim around the base that works in the straight walled hulls like top gun to prevent powder migration. The have the SG20 S, M, L respectively. Check them out here: SG20L Sporting 20ga Long Wad (250/bag)
I've used Universal, Longshot, and Winchester Super Field powders. WSF was the most economical. I think around 17 grains. I use #6 for chukkars. I think I may have had to use some filler to get good stack height. My go to filler is brown rice. +1 on the hodgdon reloading site. I get all my loads there.[/QUOTE]
