Hi Folks,
I had some time to kill while waiting for a locksmith to rekey a couple of locks, so I cruised a local gunshop. This place normally specializes in 'black rifle' firearms, so I was quite surprised to see a nice, classic looking, SxS shotgun on the used rack.
I asked to see it, and discovered it was a Zambala. 12 gauge, hand detachable sidelocks, English stock w/splinter forend, choked M/F, SNS trigger, full coverage engraving, case color. Proof year code looked to be J*1. Hang tag said $1100.00.
I'd have bought it in a heartbeat if it had been DT or SST, but it wasn't and I'm not a fan of single, non-selective triggers.
Still, it was one beautiful shotgun.
Best,
Kyrie
