BlackDragon-I understand that you were just brainstorming, and I'm not intending this as a shot at you. BUT the line of thinking you presented is a very interesting one, even though I disagree with it 100%. For instance it is a proven fact that you would be much safer in your car with a d.o.t. approved helmet on. . . . there is no end to this. Life is not safe. The government doesn't own us.
