That's the way I've always seen it played. Either the card with the most pellets in it, or the one with a pellet closest to the "X" is the winner. However, I wouldn't bet my last dollar that someone hasn't thought up some different ways to play the game.

What exactly is card shooting and how is it played? Is it just another name for turkey shoots where you shoot at a piece of paper with an X or circle on it?
