My buddy is interested in two sxs and he has asked me to help. He has to make the decision quickly and is on a limited budget. The two guns are both identical as far as gauge barrel length and choke. The first is a Charles Daly Model 500 12 ga 28" barrels m/f extractors. The second is a Rota Model 104 12ga 28" barrels m/f extractors. He plans on having the chokes opened and the forcing cones lengthened. The charles daly is in 80% and the rota is in 98%. Both have double triggers. The price for either gun is around $400. Which would you recommend? I do not want to steer him wrong, thank you for your help.
