I use MEC reloading equipment and Hodgdon Clays powders and I mainly use the information from the Hodgdon site on the web. I am currently loading the following recipe for Skeet with great results:
Remington Premier STS hulls
Remington TGT 12 wads
17.9 gr Hodgdon Clays powder
1 oz #9 Magnum shot
Remington 209p primers
On a MEC 600jr reloader
This combination consistently gives me fairly low recoil with great breakage on the birds. Good luck and good shooting---AFG
