Hodgdon has some 28 gauge loads with Estate Cartridge Inc hulls using Cheddite primers.

I have seen the ETI hulls on Ebay at times.

CORRECTION

Hodgdon has the loads for Cheddite hulls. Cheddite supplied hulls to ETI before the Federal purchase of the company. ETI indicates that there are three types of ETI hulls out in the world. One was supplied by Cheddite. One was a ETI design and the last was a Federal hull. The Cheddite has a plastic base wad. The Federal has a paper base wad. I am not sure what the difference is on the ETI design.
