Sounds like you are trapping the trigger, you must release the trigger after the shot or the inertiablock will not set the second trigger. Are you wearing gloves? If I wear gloves it happens to me a lot. Are you shooting extremely light loads? That can cause a problem similar to yours, except I don't think it will fire on the second pull. If you have the adjustable trigger, you can move it back towards you one notch.Climbhard said:About 1 in every 100 rounds at the clays course I get a misfire on the second barrel.
