if you're looking at that price range, make sure you check out the Yildiz O/U if you can...I think you'll be real pleased with what you see...they can be purchased at Academy Sports($386)....I don't know how far Macon is from Atlanta...but there is one Academy in Georgia and it's in Macon...I'd call before driving there as they have been selling out as fast as they come in around here....the Yildiz comes in 12g or 20g, has a single selecive trigger, selective ejectors, and comes with 5 chokes...3 year warranty thru Briley in Houston TX...IMO they are alot of gun for the money...light, tight, and well balanced...check out the I Love my Yildiz forum here for more info...I love mine!...you can see them at

the website is old and outdated...but the guns that Academy sells are the SPZME and the SPZME Special(they dont have strap connectors on them like in the pictures anymore)...the special has more etching and nicer wood and sells for $200 more than the regualr SPZME(not worth the extra $$ to me)...Acdemy this year became the exclusive distributers of Yildiz guns in the US, and signed the warranty deal with Briley.

pick the Condor up beside the Yildiz, and feel the difference. The Yildiz looks nicer, and is much lighter and therefore better balanced in my opinion.

I had my to make the same choice, and went for the Yildiz.

I am very happy so far.

Seen some that were very nice, and seen more that were pretty crude. I would avoid buying Stoeger sight unseen if you can.

Yildiz are available at Academy Sports in Alabama, Arkansas, Florida, Georgia, Louisiana , Mississippi, Missouri, Oklahoma, Tennessee, and Texas.

never felt the yildiz or whaterver it is i like the condor tho. i would buy another
