My Cynergy 12 ga. began failing to fire the second shot after it went through the safety recall. I returned it to Browning for repair. They promptly replaced both trigger sear links and returned it to me. [just 29 days, round trip !!!!] Still has same problem. Is anyone else having this problem???? :(

If you do not completely break the gun down the gun will not fire the second barrel. Just thought I would mention it.

I had that problem with both my cynergy`s when new and stiff. They just require you to completely break them down to cock the triggers. You can just slide that bottom shell in one with it not totally broken down. Its not a big deal at all....just was when new and being careless. I haven`t done it in months.

Same thing happened with my Cynergy. It started happening so often that I got good at holding on the target while pulling and releasing the trigger. When I saw someone else post here with the same problem, I sent it back to Browning. I haven't had the problem occur again but to be honest, I've been shooting my Select Energy all year.
