The title says it all....

What is the diameter of the stock retaining nut on a 391 Urika? I know it's something metric but from there I'm stuck since I do not have a full set of metric sockets.

Thanks for the reply. I'll have to go to the hardware store and see what size wrench is necessary for a nut threaded for 8mm.

Thanks for the reply. You were right. I solved the problem by buying a full set of metric sockets from 9 - 19 mm (Craftman was on sale for $22).

Your answer is correct. It's just not the answer to the question that was asked by Bopper. :wink: The numbers 8.0mm x 1.0mm refer to the diameter and the pitch (spacing) of the threads on the bolt, not to the size of the head on the bolt. The head size, as stated above, is 13mm.
