Hi all,

I've read posts in this Forum (and elsewhere, I believe) that say that the Beretta Wing models are better suited to hunting than to sport shooting because they are lighter and a bit harder on the shoulder after a long day of shooting. I've seen people recommend the Onyx for clays since it's heavier.

But I was looking at the specs for both guns on Beretta's website, and according to them, the Wing models weigh in at about 6.7 lbs and the Onyx comes in at 6.8 lbs.

It may be true that the Onyx is softer on the shoulder, but could it be due to something other than weight? Seems like both guns weigh in about the same...
