Yes, but it also includes any semi-auto shotgun that has two of the following features:
1. A folding or telescoping stock, 2. A pistol grip, 3. A fixed magazine capacity in excess of five rounds, 4. An ability to accept detachable magazines.

This website must employ some type of a short term address bar that expires every few seconds.

Just use either link I furnished, it will come up as expired. Click on "Thomas Home", when that page appears, there will be a block titled "Search Bill Text", enter S.2237 in the block, click on little circle that says Bill Number, then hit search button. That will take you to the bill's index. Scroll down about 3/4 way to Title VI (Preventing Illegal Trafficking of Firearms) and under that Subtitle B (Assault Weapons Ban Renewal Act of 2007). Click on that and you can read the entire text of which guns will be affected.

I apologize for the confusing link.

Here is a link to a pdf... sometimes it works. Keep in mind its an almost 600 page pdf so dial-up beware.

http://frwebgate.access.gpo.gov/cgi-bin ... is.txt.pdf

These are the pieces that are most interesting...

Title VI Subtitle B (Assault Weapons Ban Renewal Act of 2007)

Section 6202 Restriction on manufacture, transfer, and possession of certain semiautomatic assault weapons.

Section 6203 Ban of large capacity ammunition feeding devices.

From first look it seems to be a copy of the most recent assault ban. Bans all the good stuff, but possessing these items before the ban is allowed. If it still refuses to work I can host the just host the pdf myself and link to it from here.
