I know they are here, I see them in the city parks all the time. Not just the domesticated white pekin but mallards, canvasbacks, readheads and a few others. I have hunted along a the Salt and Gila rivers. But I can't get them close enough to use any of this expensive steel shot.

HELP!!!!!

Anyone have any useful information they would be willing to share?

Or should I just move to Texas?

You know the answer to that already AG!

If I were in your boat though, I'd probably go to http://www.duckcentral.com

This is THE site for duckhunting. There are 660ish posts on the Arizona's state forum. I'm not a member there so I don't know what kind of info is in there (probably clays25/25 and or pumper arguing about something) but it may be worth a look.

I'd also try talking to your local game biologist they are generally big helps in these matters

The crazy little critters seem to fly pretty well on the salt river, there's also Jacques Marsh up by Show Low.
