Can anyone help me indentifying this gun. I bought it in Denmark at an auction. It is a very nice hammer gun cal. 12.
2 1/2 chambers.
No 3081
There are a lot of stamps on it. It is black powder and nitro proofed.
Nicely engraved locks and damascus barrels 30 ' long. The stock is straight, best quality frensh valnut.
I have a some books about english gunmakers, but I can't find this one.
When is it made ?
I believe Thos is the same as Thomas
I have some pictures. How do I put them om this letter ?

The Clough family of gunamkers was large with a long history 1809-1982, does your gun have an address on it? They became Thoams Clough & Son circa 1896.
