A few years back, enamored of a DT SxS, and the "Shotgun Sisters," I bought a Fausti and traded it for my Benelli Montefeltro about two months later. It kicked like a mule and had an amazing propensity to condense water between the barrels and fore end. I have seen mention, on occasion, some who are very happy with their Fausti. I was not.
I have a 28 ga. Traditions built by Fausti. It is a SxS with a single trigger and non-selectable 26" barrels. It was choked a bit on the tight side, so I had Mike Olen open the chokes to Skeet 1 and 2. It weighs approximately 6 lbs and has proven to be a very nice little grouse gun.
