After much research, I finally bought my semi today. I got the al391 urika with synthetic stock. I hadnt really looked at it due to price but i have a good wife and so i got to come home with it. I have one question though. When the bolt is locked back in the open position, if the gun is tilted up or down , i can hear something sliding around. Is this normal or did i not put it together correctly? Any additional help would be appreciated

With all due respect to JMCCOYB, I don't really think it is the magazine tube spring making the noise, even if the gun is empty. The magazine spring is compressed some, even when there are no shells in the magazine. I believe that the sound you hear when the bolt is locked back is the gas piston sliding back and forth inside the gas cylinder.
