I bought some spreader wads from Graf's ; liked them . Bought some G-1225s and some G-1222s.
The Gualandi wads are designed for Reiffenhauser (straight walled) cases and they work really well in those ; but , in STS, Unibody and in AA cases , the (powder) migration ridge causes
problems with the obturating seal (gas seal) becoming "cocked"
most of the time --- they seen to shoot OK but look rather bad.
The CB1100 and the Windjammers cover the spectrum for most
1 oz loads; abd the CB's seem to have a slight edge on ballistics
based upon most reloading guides.
Edit No.1 -- sorry for the mistake on your name.
